I really like these chair pads for the quality and the color. The only complaint I have is that they don't lay flat after setting on them. When you stand up, the pads curl up on the edges and it it necessary to flatten them out every time. I haven't figured out a solution. That aside, they are really nice.
Kudos to the excellent customer service. I ordered these two chair pads a couple of years after the small braid rug. It was a custom color combination. After I placed my order online I wondered if I had the right color so I called. I had not, but they were able to locate my original order and made up the chair pads to match.
